Return/Refund Policy:

We take product quality extremely serious. Which is why every doll is thoroughly inspected prior to leaving the factory. We prioritize product quality, and our manufacturers conduct thorough inspections, and we share the inspection photos with our customers prior to shipment. However, due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns, we do not warrant the products, and all sales are final. We will, however, try to assist you in resolving any issues regarding a damaged product from the manufacturer under the following conditions. Please note that minor production blemishes and minor imperfections from the manufacturing process, including hair loss from hair implants, are not considered defects but are part of the standard manufacturing process. 

Due to federal & state laws regarding handling of medical grade sanitary products, all sales is final, the item is non-refundable, and cannot be returned. Once you accept the terms of the sale, you are assuming all risks in making this purchase. If the item is damaged due to improper handling or used in any way, you are not eligible for any return. Please take every precaution to take care of the item to avoid any damage to the product.

For an item to be considered by the manufacturer for an alternative resolution, you must follow the following process. If you discover a defect, such as a broken skeleton or anything of concern, you must properly document it during the unboxing. Improper handling of the doll during unboxing can result in tears and damage, so it is important to properly document the unboxing to adequately prove to the manufacturer the condition of the doll upon delivery. 

Upon receiving your shipment, follow these steps:

  1. Document Delivery: Record a video of the box as it was delivered and the complete unboxing process, including checking for signs of poor handling.

  2. Inspect the Doll: Record an unboxing of the doll, carefully documenting its condition. Note that minor production blemishes and imperfections are part of the manufacturing process and are exempt including other things such as loss of hair on hair implants.

  3. Report Defects: If you find a defect (e.g., broken skeleton, open tears) during inspection, properly document it on the unboxing video.

  4. Submit Evidence: Within 24 hours of receiving the product, submit your video and photographic evidence using our contact form or replying to customer service emails sent to you. Failure to provide evidence may invalidate damage claims.

  5. Manufacturers’ Resolution: We will work with the manufacturers, who conduct thorough inspections and share inspection photos with our customers prior to shipment, to resolve the issue. If the manufacturer confirms a defect, we may issue a partial or full refund.

  6. Use Precaution: Damage due to improper handling or use will not be eligible for return. Take precautions to avoid any damage to the product.

In the rare event of a problem or damage during transit, we will do our best to assist you in resolve it with the manufacturers. All our dolls are 100% authentic from the original manufacturers.
